Their prime function is to specify the inputs and outputs to the assembly and to define the interfaces between the assembly and the outside parameters. If there's a short or overload, it intelligently detects this dangerous situation, and blows and needs to be replaced. Inside, you'll find parts like circuit breakers and fuses that protect the system from problems like overloads and short circuits. For this purpose, the assembly is considered as BLACK-BOX with four interface characteristics which shall ensure compatibility with the ratings of the circuits to which it is connected and the installation conditions and shall be declared by the assembly manufacturer using the criteria identifi ed. The P32 Power Distribution Module replaces traditional relays, fuses and circuit breakers.
